Our dedicated owner, Kynlee Dixon, has been working on some great things to bring to Hound Town Grooming Spaw.

In September of 2025, Kynlee earned her IPG Professional Groomer Certification and also graduated from the Certified Canine Esthetician (CCE program) for canine cosmetologists. This will certainly bring new and exciting heights to Hound Town Grooming Spaw.

"Learning and keeping up with industry fluctuations has always been what I have excelled at. From the day I started grooming almost 4 years ago, every day has been a learning experience. Recently within the last calendar year, I have really dove off into the world of continuing education, and I have seen so much improvement in my work and built a network of incredible relationships with some of the most elite and most talented in the industry. If you ask me, learning is the best part about my job. I never want to stop providing only top tier service for my clients. You just don't achieve that without constantly being an advocate for and a steward of continuing education."

Not only is this incredible for her clients, but is outstanding for her grooming qualifications, as well. "From an international statistical analysis, less than 3% of 'groomers' are actually certified. I am proud to say I am one of the rare few that are dedicated to providing my clients with nothing but the best."

Not only this, but Dixon has certainly extended her leadership in the grooming industry:

"I recently made the decision to apply as a committee member for one of the leading organizations available to groomers: Texas Professional Pet Groomers Association. I also applied for Hound Town Grooming Spaw to be featured as a host salon for continuing education events held by TPPGA."

Her dedicated passion for her work and for the industry certainly shows.
